Who are you?
My name is Karen Braschuk, I live in Ontario, Canada and I officially launched Office Support 911 in May 2006.
What did you do in your previous career?
My previous career includes 13 years in administrative and managerial banking positions, as well as over 6 years in the computer software industry, providing support and education to partners and resellers relative to their understanding of contracts and policies.
What skills do you have?
In addition to computer technical skills, I believe I've learned how to be an efficient time manager, how to work effectively with others, and how to "get the job done" in a timely and professional manner.
What technology do you use?
I utilize the latest versions of Microsoft software programs such as Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Publisher, FrontPage, and Outlook, and am fully equipped with Pentium IV hardware, including faxing and scanning abilites. I am continually upgrading my software and hardware to keep abreast of the latest and most efficient technologies.
